Delivery Terms & Condition

1.

The minimum time for delivery of food is 15 minutes and maximum is 3 hours. If the food is delivered after 3 hours only then customer is laible for full refund for late delivery.


2.

During unavoidable unfortunate circumstances such as rain, cyclone, excessive traffic, road closures etc. Delivery time can exceed from the maximum. NO REFUND IS APPLICABLE IN THAT CASE.

All grocery product delivered in the timing between 11:30 AM - 7:00 PM, but in case of customer order grocery after 7:00 PM then it will delivered on the next processing day.

We have our own exclusive fleet of delivery personnel to pick up orders from restaurants and deliver it to customers . Having our own fleet gives us the flexibility to offer customers a no minimum order policy on any restaurant and accept online payments for all partner restaurants that we work with.

Nearbybazar services private limited is not responsible for any kind of fine/ punishment or legal action  taken against the customer, upon receiving the delivery where some particular articles / items / products etc are prohibited to use / eat/ drink etc.

Nearbybazar promises to deliver the goods to the customer on or before time at the very first landmark/office main gate/ society main gate/ college main gate etc.

Nearbybazar is not responsible for the quality of food and the quantity of food which deliver to the customer, Nearbybazar serve as a delivery agent who picks up food from restaurant and deliver it to customer. If customer have any problem with the item, they need to contact the restaurant directly.


8.

Most of the time  ( Depending on the market rush) our delivery person carry one order at a time.


9.

While ordering with NEARBYBAZAR.COM you agree to receive call and messages regarding your order and promotions.


10.

If the order is exceeded the maximum time of delivery, customer can call us to request for partial refund.   Which whatsoever not greater than 50% of the total bill cost.
